1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Korean national holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We provide worldwide shipping. The estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates & Calculations
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination country, order weight, and selected shipping tier.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders over specific order thresholds announced at the top of our store.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and tracking link. You can track your package directly through our website tracking page.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.
